Let's begin by finding a position that allows you to be alert and relaxed at the same time, you can rest your hands, wherever's comfortable, and just close your eyes and drop into this moment with three deep breaths in and out. And just take a moment to meet yourself where you are. Checking in with how you feel in your body, checking in with how you feel in your mind. Not needing to change anything but just observing, resting in the awareness of this moment. Letting whatever you find be enough just as it is, letting it be perfect just as it is right now. And now just finding your way to the breath, resting your kind, curious awareness of mindfulness. Wherever you feel the breath most vividly right now and just resting in the awareness of this in breath and this out breath moment by moment by moment. And breath by breath by breath. Each time your mind wanders off and you notice just choose to come back to the breath, relaxing back into the flow of the breath, coming in and going out and letting everything else just be in the background. Right now, there's nothing that you need to do, know where you need to get to. No way you're supposed to feel. There's just this,

Adam CoelhoAgain, if you notice your mind is pulled away, that'll happen. No worries. Just notice and then gently bring your attention back to the breath and start again. Each in breath is a new beginning. Each out breath, a chance to let go and relax a little more into this moment. And as we approach the end of this short practice. I invite you to bring to mind an intention for how you'd like to show up for the rest of your day, perhaps how you'd like to bring this feeling of peace and relaxing into your moments or whatever else is coming to mind for how you'd like to be in your body in your day.
