Key Takeaways
- The meditation invites listeners to feel in their body what it means to truly trust they are exactly where they need to be — not just think it intellectually.
- Rushing, forcing, or striving aren't required on the FIRE path; confidence comes from knowing you're on your path and it's unfolding in right timing.
- When the mind wanders, return with "kind, curious awareness" — a reframe that removes self-judgment and makes the practice sustainable.
- Close with the smallest possible intention: identify one baby step you can take today toward your dream life, because that life is already available here and now.

welcome to this guided meditation. As always, this meditation was recorded live in our mindful fire legends community. Would love
to have you join us live, and you can do that at mindfulfire.org/join.
Let's begin by finding a position that allows you to be alert and relaxed at the same time, resting your hands, wherever's comfortable, and closing your eyes, and just drop into this moment with three deep breaths, in and out.
And on your third exhale, I invite you to feel your feet on the floor or whatever contact point you have with. Chair or the ground.
And as you sit and breathe, feeling your feet rooted to the ground, what if you were just here in this moment exactly where you are?
No need to go anywhere, get anywhere, achieve anything. Just resting
in this moment knowing that you have everything that you need right here, right now.
Letting this moment be enough just as it is.
Now just tuning your attention into your breath and letting justice in breath be enough
and letting justice out breath be enough just as it is.
Our mind is constantly striving and projecting. Into the future to where we think we should be, the progress that we should have made
into the gap between where we are and where we think we should be.
But is that helpful? Is that moving us to where we want to go, or is it just making us feel bad?
What if instead you just tuned into this moment, this breath, and practicing the feeling of enough
right now in this moment, this is enough.
I have everything I need.
Whenever your mind wanders away, just notice what's on your mind. With the kind, curious awareness of mindfulness, you may notice those same stories of scarcity or. This gap between where you are and where you think you should be. Just say thank you. Your brain is trying to protect you and get you what you want.
But for now, returning to this feeling of having everything that you need right here, right now,
resting in the fact that as you sit and breathe,
you are alive. This breath is truly everything that you need to be alive in this moment.
And you have your health, the health of your family, the safety of your home.
Just resting in this knowing, this appreciation of what is,
if only for this moment.
Resting in this feeling of enough right here, right now.
Feeling into the peace and ease of, even for just a moment, letting go of this, driving, the rushing, the achieving that is so present in all of our lives. Feeling what it's like to disconnect from that and to connect with this moment, this body, this breath, this feeling of having everything that you need.
And as we approach the end of this practice, I invite you to bring to mind an intention for how you'd like to carry this feeling of enough into your moments throughout the rest of your day, just seeing what arises.
And let us finish with three deep breaths together, breathing in,
and, uh,
again, in
and, uh, and once more in,
and, uh,
when you're ready, opening your eyes coming back.
Thank you for your attention. And if you'd like to join us for one of these meditations live. You can join us at mindfulfire.org/join.
