But let's begin by finding a position that allows you to be both alert and relaxed at the same time.

And so finding a position with a tall, straight back, resting your hands, wherever's comfortable.

You can gently close your eyes and just begin with three deep breaths, in and out, and on your third exhale, just check in with yourself, notice in your body and in your mind how you're arriving here right now.

Often our bodies are in one place, but our mind somewhere else entirely, and so just using this moment to sync up.
