Adam Coelho: [00:00:00] Okay. So let's begin by finding a position that allows you to be both alert and relaxed at the same time, you can set aside anything that you had in your hands or that you were doing, and let's just gently close our eyes or Ks down a few feet in front of us. And let's begin with three deep breaths in and out.

And now as we begin this practice, I invite you to just check in with yourself, feel into your body, noticing any sensations arising anywhere in the body.

And just notice what it's like to be still. To drop into being.

We spend so much time and energy doing. And so for this short practice, let's see what it's like to just drop into being. Being here as we are right now.

Feeling what it's like to simply be here in your body in this moment. Perhaps noticing if your body feels energized or tire tense or relaxed and meeting, whatever you find. With an attitude of openness, curiosity and kindness, trust observing as you sit and breathe.

And as you sit here and now expanding your awareness to include the mind. Just noticing what it's like in your mind, in this moment, busy or calm,

tense, or relaxed, and just meeting it and including it in awareness

and just bringing awareness to your entire being here and now. As you said him breathe, resting in awareness

of simply being.

And if you'd like,

Bringing your attention to the breath, perhaps feeling the breath

in the whole body as you sit and breathe

and just keeping that awareness on what it's like to be here in this body. In this moment,

the breath is surely a part of that experience. So just noticing where you feel it,

and any time your mind gets pulled away into a story world or a thought world. Just noticing with that same pine curious open attitude, because that's part of what it's like to be here in this moment. That's happening too. And then just dropping back in to being aware

of the whole body sitting and breathing. Over and over again, just dropping back in.

And again, just checking in with where your mind is in this moment. And if it's wandered away, just gently bringing it back and dropping back into being over and over, I can

feeling what it's like to breathe in.

And moment by moment by moment and breath by breath by breath.

And as we approach the end of today's practice, I invite you to bring to mind someone or something that you are incredibly grateful for and perhaps multiple things. And as you see these. Things come to mind, drop into what it feels like to be grateful. Yeah. It's feeling into the body, noticing what it's like.

And letting go of that. Let us finish the practice today with three deep breaths together, breathing in.

Again.

And once more.

Gently open your eyes whenever you're ready. Take one final mindful breath with your eyes open as a reminder that this is available to you anywhere, anytime, and it just takes a moment.

Thank you for your attention.
